Uniform Exchange

How it Works

Items can be brought in to be sold any time throughout the year. A unique code is given to each seller and each item is labelled and recorded. When your uniform is sold, 50% of the sale price is paid back the school PA’s.

If you do not wish to receive payments for your items then you can donate them to the school and all monies raised will go directly to the school PA’s. Please tick this box on the Uniform Exchange form.

Items might not sell immediately and your child may no longer be a pupil at the school. Please let us know when your child leaves, any change of contact details and more importantly new bank details so we are able to pay monies owed.

The Exchange is located in The Old Police Station, The Crescent, Bromsgrove, B60 2DF. The entrance is from the School car park on the Old Police Station ground.

Term time opening is every Monday from 4.00pm-5.00pm and the first Saturday of every month from 9.30am-12.30pm. Additional holiday dates and times will be posted on our Facebook page (91风流楼凤 Uniform Exchange) and in the school newsletters.

If you require further information please contact our parent volunteers by email: uniformexchange@bromsgrove-school.co.uk

The Exchange also has a Facebook page - '91风流楼凤 Uniform Exchange', which provides opening dates and additional information.

What do we sell?

We sell all current regulation school and sports clothing, sports footwear, books and equipment listed on the Uniform Lists including items such as boaters, kitbags, hockey sticks/gloves, cricket bats/helmets/pads, tennis racquets, shin guards, tuck boxes, trunks and rugby body armour/scrum caps. We also keep some ATMA karate suits for the PrepFriday activity session. We ask that all uniform brought to us is CLEAN and in a saleable condition (we do NOT wash or repair but do have some spare buttons).

Anything which is non-regulation, un-saleable (marked or damaged) or becomes obsolete will be recycled or donated to charity and this will be done at the discretion of the Uniform Exchange.

What do you have to do?

All items should be bagged with a label in or securely attached to the bag (individual items do not need to be labelled).

Labelling slips can be obtained here or from the Uniform Exchange directly.

Labelled bags can be brought into the Uniform Exchange when open, they can be left at the School Shop, Prep / Pre-Prep office, or at the Gatehouse at the South Car Park (Senior School).

Items might not sell immediately and your child may no longer be a pupil at the school, therefore it is important to inform us of any change of address.
